Campus Developments which is part of the Directorate of Finances and Resource, provides a facilites and management service for all property occupied by the University. Currently the University occupies 155,068 square metres of both leased and owned premises and approximately 19.2 hectares of owned land.

Campus Developments is responsible for the strategic forward planning, conceptualisation, procurement, management and long term maintenance programmes of the physical facilities on the campuses at Wellesley, Akoranga, Penrose and the various leased properties.

The procurement of new buildings or facilities, as well as all additions, renovations and alterations to University facilities are performed by, or coordinated through Campus Developments.
