Jerry Lee Hi, I'm in my final year of the Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting. During my three years of study at AUT the knowledge I've gained is ten times more than when I was in China both in quantity and quality. AUT not only prepares me for applicable business professional knowledge, but also strong interpersonal communication skills. The interaction I've experienced at AUT extends to every area of my life. I am making progress every day of study, and my life is making a difference to others. Choosing to study at AUT is one of the wisest choice I have made in my life. And my life on campus will be my most memorable and valuable time. I really, really appreciate what AUT has passed to me; it cannot be measured by anything.

Michael Poumale Hey AUT Business Students. My name is Michael, I am 18 years old, I am currently in my 2nd year of the NZDipBus and I am a Business Student Ambassador for 2005 here to promote the best university in NZ! Next year I hope to make my move into the BBus. My interests are sport, music, hanging out with friends and every other thing us teenagers like to do!!! I think that AUT is the best place to study because of the small classes the fun atmosphere and it's REALLY easy to make friends. Remember that the Ambassadors and I are here to help you if you have any problems/queries. If you see me anywhere just come and say HI! and have a chat. All the best with your studies and exams!!

Johnny Semau My full name is John Joseph Semau but everyone calls me Johnny. I'm from Mangere South Auckland and I came to AUT to pursue a family dream. Everyone has their own reasons and buzz for being here and mine is simply to equip myself with the knowledge to run a business that can help my family financially and inspire the youth of my community to do better than the generation before us. I want people to know that anything is possible with hard work and faith in God. Family is my drive and family is my life. I love my girlfriend, my Mom, my family and rugby. I'm studying  BBus and majoring in Marketing and Advertising. I love AUT because of it's study and work environment. You're not just a number in these class rooms, you're a person, a team member and an actual name. You have the chance to create strong relationships with lecturers and learn from their life time experiences unedited and uncensored. I fully recommend AUT as a place of study to those who want to learn more than just numbers and words.

Belinda Sorensen I am currently studying the Bachelor of Business with a double major in Marketing and Advertising. This is my last year and am looking forward to Co-operative education. I really like AUT because of its learning environment, the smaller classrooms which means more one on one time is available with the lecturer. There is also more practical work and application of the theory not just learning the theory which is great and not so boring (and I am aware that this makes you more employable) When I have finished my degree I hope to join a large Marketing Team, working on brand development and maintenance. Then follow my career overseas...

Courtney Strom I am going into my third year of studying the Bachelor of Business degree.  I am majoring in Advertising.  I chose to come to AUT because I heard about the first year integrated courses and the co-op. I had spoken to many people who had got jobs through their co-ops and AUT had supported them through their years of studying.  I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at AUT and since studying here I have found the small classes have been a huge advantage.  The classes allow you to interact and communicate with the other students and the lecturer in ‘real life’ business situations.

Gina Xu I come from Beijing, China and I'm studying the BBus at AUT, majoring in Accounting.  Life is not easy for an international student. However, I really appreciate that AUT provides a number of services that facilitate students’ learning lives.  When I have questions or problems, I can always find someone to help me at AUT. I feel that study at AUT is challenging, practical and fun. Through achieving challenges, I develop my potential and gain confidence. I also make lots of friends through class and events at AUT.  I believe that all the knowledge and skills I am developing at AUT will benefit my career in the future.
