John Williams - General Manager Services and Operations

John Williams started at AUT as General Manager, Services and Operations, in November 2004.  The role encompasses leadership responsibility for AUT’s HR Services, Campus Services, IT Services and Student Services Directorates.

John has previously worked for KPMG (Auckland, London and Toronto), EDS and Air New Zealand, predominantly in information systems services.  John’s most recent roles before joining AUT were to provide operational excellence and professional disciplines consulting services to Fonterra Information Systems, and executive leadership for IS and HR at New Zealand Insurance.

John holds a BCom/LLB from the University of Auckland.
