Software Engineering Research Lab

The Software Engineering Research Lab (SERL) is located in the School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences (SCMS) at Auckland University of Technology (AUT).

It aims to foster research in a number of key research theme areas in line with the vision of the Lab and the wider strategy of AUT. Research within the themes has a mix of academic, practical and commercial importance that contributes to the overall knowledge economy of New Zealand.

SERL consists of a small, multidisciplnary team of researchers from different backgrounds. As a result, the Lab has the capability to be involved in many consultancy and research projects outside our core interests and enquiries from prospective industrial or academic partners are welcome.
